We have paused these plans which has led to our new “Safer renting” scheme. This will mean spending our resources where they are most needed. This is where we need your help.
As a landlord you are legally required to keep your property at a certain standard. We need you to answer a few yes or no questions about your property to show that you are.
If you own more than one property, you will need to fill out the form for each property you own.
