The tenancy sustainment team can help a landlord privately rent a property to applicants looking for long term accommodation in a partnership with Dorset Council.
The team provides a free tenant matching service and supports tenants and a landlord through the whole tenancy.
There are financial incentives available and no fees.
The scheme includes:
- cash incentives (dependant on the size of property)
- support during the tenancy should there be any tenancy issues arising
- pet bonds
- arrears bonds
- rent in advance/deposit
- dedicated support team available for both tenant and landlord
