We need you to tell us the latest situation with any home rated ‘F’ or ‘G’ that you let. We are writing to all landlords of these homes to ask for this.
This is so we know if you:
- improved their energy efficiency recently
- stopped renting them out recently
- need to carry out work to improve the home's rating
