The Winterbornes route is gritted as follows:
- Shaftesbury Lane to and around Sunrise Roundabout, along Blandford Bypass to and around Hill Top Roundabout, then Two Gates Roundabout and Badger Roundabout
- continue along A354 through Winterbourne Whitechurch, Milborne St Andrew to Northbrook Roundabout
- Milton Road to Milton Abbass, then to Winterborne Stickland, onto Dunbury Lane and Clenston Road to Winterborne Whitechurch
- through Winterborne Kingston to A31, plus slip road into Winterborne Kingston
- Chescombe Lane to Milton Abbas T-junction
- return to Dunbury Lane to grit across junction onto North Street, on to Bryanston, along Fair Mile Road, Dorchester Hill, Gate Roundabout, Bournemouth Road to and around Railway Roundabout back to Badger Roundabout
- return to Gate Roundabout to grit over Blandford Bridge and along West Street to Salisbury Street
- Whitecliff Mill Street onto Park Road
