Play area at Avon Heath
From zip wire to sand pit, there's plenty to occupy any child in our play area!
This spacious play area includes:
- zip wire
- climbing wall
- sand pit
- tree house
- giant insect climbing sculptures
- trampoline and more
There is also a green that is ideal for ball games, frisbee, kite flying and picnics.
The play area is situated close to the Café and Visitor Centre and is only a short walk from the car park.
There are plenty of picnic tables around the green and outside the Café as well as a number of barbeques that can be hired for the day.
We have also recently installed a table tennis table that you can use with your own equipment for free. You can also hire bats and balls from the Visitor Centre.
We also have a Pétanque court beside the green, that you are more than welcome to use your own balls for, or you can hire some from the Visitor Centre.
