The count for this election will take place after close of poll on Thursday 27 May 2021 and the results will appear here as soon as possible after.

The nominations period has now closed.

Candidate expenses

The candidate spending return and declaration for parish elections (including explanatory notes) can be downloaded from the Electoral Commission website.

Completed spending returns and declarations should be returned to Electoral Services (please note: we require paper copies).

Information for voters

Your details must be included on the electoral register if you want o vote in elections and referendums.  You can register to vote on GOV.UK.

Your completed form should be sent to Electoral Services by the relevant deadline below (please note: you can email us a scan or photo of your completed form).

Deadline for changes to any existing arrangements for postal and proxy votes to be received by us: 5pm on Wednesday 12 May 2021
Deadline for new proxy vote applications to be received by us: 5pm on Wednesday 19 May 2021
Date that postal vote packs are due to be despatched: Friday 14 May 2021
First date that voters can apply for a replacement for lost postal votes: Friday 21 May 2021
Polling day: Thursday, 27 May 2021 (polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm)
Deadline for emergency proxy vote applications to be received by us: 5pm on Thursday, 27 May 2021
