We are working with SignVideo which means our deaf or hard of hearing British Sign Language (BSL) users can videocall us via a BSL interpreter. We also have video remote interpreting available in our offices so whenever a deaf person visits, our staff will be able to communicate with them straight away via a tablet, phone or laptop.
