Dorset Council is about to submit a compulsory purchase order to the Secretary of State for 19 Southview Road, Weymouth. If the order is confirmed, it will authorise Dorset Council to purchase compulsorily that land for the purpose of facilitating its improvement.

Any objection to the order must be made in writing to:

Objections need to be sent by 2 May 2024 and should state the following:

  • the title of the order
  • the grounds of objection
  • the objector’s address and interests in the land

19 Southview Road, Weymouth, DT4 0JE is 2 storey mid terrace house on the North side of Southview Road. The house is situated about 15m west of the junction with Emmadale Road. The front of the property is scaffolded and covered with metal sheeting to keep it secure and prevent unauthorised access.
