We have a great variety of activities available in the school holidays, our holiday programs offer:- a diverse mix of activities and sports

If we have to cancel an activity, we will contact you to arrange a refund as soon as we can.
Holiday club
This club runs during Easter and summer holidays only. We offer places for £35 a session or free with a HAF (Holiday activities and food) code.
Our holiday club caters for children from 8 to 12 years old. A typical day includes a variety of sports, activities, swimming and a hot lunch. The days run from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Easter holiday activities 2024

Jump up and dance
9am to 2pm
Ages 5 to 10

Dance yourself dizzy with a fun packed day filled with activities, games and dance routines.
There will be a chance to show off what we have been up to with a mini showcase at the end of the day and a certificate to take home with you.
Please bring your own lunch, plenty of water and wear something comfy to move around in.
Laser tag
Tuesday 2 April and Friday 5 April and Monday 8 April and Friday 12 April
10am to 11am
Ages 7 to 12 years
Come and get your Laser on in the sports hall. We have some fantastic equipment to offer children a fun hour of Laser tag, with obstacles, fun and games galore.
Please bring along a drink and wear clothing appropriate for sports, like jogging bottoms and a t-shirt and a pair or trainers.

Nerf gun fun
Tuesday 2, Friday 5, Monday 8 and Friday 12 April
11:15am to 12:15pm
Ages 7 to 12 years
What could be more fun than an epic Nerf battle with a group of mates?
Our team of instructors are big kids and love to make the Nerf gun fun experience totally awesome.
Expect obstacles, target practice and some mega battles!

Football fun days
Tuesday 2 and 9 April and Thursday 4 and 11 April
9am to 3pm or 10am to 3pm
Ages 6 to 14
Come down and show your skills in our football fun day including tournaments, skill challenges and lots of prizes to be won.
Please bring a packed lunch, appropriate clothing and plenty to drink.
We have no wet weather facilities, the children will remain outside but they will have access to a toilet.

Archery
10:30am to midday
Ages 8 to 14 years
Have a go session, learn how to shoot a bow and arrow with members of the Bowmen of Lytchett Archery Club.
Please wear sturdy shoes/trainers.

Dodgeball

Pickleball

Like tennis but different!
Pickleball has increased in popularity lately and we’re jumping on that trend to bring you this super fun sport in the Summer holidays.
Pickleball will be played in the main sports hall and is easier than tennis and badminton but just as fun.

Kids tennis
Ages 4 to 14

A fantastic, fun session of tennis including:
- great coaching from LTA qualified and accredited instructors
- fun games, competitions and prizes
- rackets provided if you don't have one

Intensive swimming lessons for early steps 1
8 to 11 April 2024
9am to 9:30am and 9:30am to 10am

We run intensive swimming lessons every school holiday. They prove very popular, so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
Intensive swimming courses for children aged 3 years and over, ideal for beginners or children already in Swim School. This four day course can help our little swimmers towards their next badges or work as an introduction to our swimming courses.
Please bring your own swimming kit.
Maximum capacity - 10 children.
Inflatable fun
Ages 5 and over.
Inflatable fun is a large inflatable obstacle course in the centre of the swimming pool. Can you make it to the end without falling in?
This session can be very popular. We recommend you book in advance. You can find session times on our school holiday swim timetable.
Parents can participate but would be unable to stand or swim in the pool area around the inflatable for safety reasons.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. All children participating in Wet and Wild must be able to swim 25m unaided to attend these sessions.
We are unable to admit any children wearing arm bands to these sessions.

Archery Tag
12:30pm to 1:30pm
Ages 8 to 12 years
Imagine the rules of dodgeball with a dash of Paintball and you have a brand new adrenaline fuelled game. No need to worry about any painful hits as the arrow tips have been replaced with soft foam and your face is protected with a full covered mask so any risk to sensitive areas is eliminated. The only tactic in Archery Tag is to have fun!
