The Springhead Pub makes an idyllic location for a wedding ceremony and can cater for receptions in either the spacious restaurant or in a large marquee in the grounds to the rear. What better setting than to have your wedding photos by the picturesque River Jordan nearby or next to the willow-edged millpond with the accompanying ducks. The Springhead gardens enjoy wonderful views of the Downs, with the chalk carving of George III on his horse set into the hillside.
The Blue Duck Bar can seat 70 guests inside for ceremonies, and 90 outside on the decking if the weather permits. For the reception meal, smaller intimate weddings of 50 guests or fewer can be seated inside the Blue Duck Barn. The Barn is available as an alternative venue on Fridays and Sundays during the summer months from 1st May to 1st October. The marquee can seat up to 130 guests and, on Saturdays, both the marquee and Barn can be hired out together to give extra flexibility to meet your needs.
