Through our Strategic Asset Management Plan 2024–2030, we are moving away from traditional, reactive estates management towards a proactive, place-shaping approach where assets are used deliberately to support services, strengthen communities and unlock long-term public value.Our Assets & Property service sits at the heart of this ambition.
