Once you have received your fee quote, you can submit an application online, over the phone or alternatively print a copy to post or drop it in person to the relevant authority.

Cancelling an application
If you decide to cancel your building regulation application once it has been deposited with the local authority, there will be a charge be based upon the amount of work that has been undertaken to date.
Please contact your Council's Building Control department to discuss cancellation.
