The Verwood and Cranborne route is gritted as follows:
- B3078 into Cranborne, onto Wimborne Street, Crane Street, past fire station, and up to Cranborne Middle School
- B3078 down Castle Street through Alderholt to county boundary
- Station Road Roundabout, along B3072 to and around St Michaels Roundabout and back
- Manor Road, Church Hill, Margards Lane to and around School Roundabout
- return to Manor Road to grit along B3072 to Three Legged Cross, onto Ringwood Road and into Woolsbridge Industrial Park, to the end of Old Barn Farm Road
- return to Ringwood Road to grit to and around Ashley Heath Roundabout
- return to grit Verwood Road to Ebblake Industrial Estate, Black Moor Road and loop back onto Verwood Road
- B3081 and Brockway, gritting entrances to fire station
- Station Road and along B3081 to B3078
