Session times and fees
After school club
The after-school club (term time):
- runs from 3pm to 6pm
- costs £5.75 per hour
- includes a £0.75p per hour food and consumables charge (covering refreshments, snacks and sun cream)
Holiday club
The holiday club runs throughout all school holidays except on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year. See the table for school holiday club session times.
Booking and paying for a session
All sessions are available on a first come, first served basis. All fees should be paid in advance. Contact us to find out about payment options and to book.
The annual fee increase for this financial year took effect from 1 April 2025.

A one off £50 fee is payable. |
Booking cancellation | If you wish to cancel your child’s place, we require 4 weeks’ written notice or 4 weeks' payment in lieu of notice. |
Late payment charge | A £10 fee will be applied per family to any invoice left unpaid after the cut off date on the invoice. |
Late collection charge | Occasionally delays are unavoidable however, we should be informed at the earliest opportunity if you are going to be late. A £10 fee will be applied per family if you are more than 10 minutes late collecting your child or children. |
Holiday Activities & Food Programme (HAF)
Dorset Council receives funding from the Department for Education's (DfE) holiday activities and food programme to offer fun activities and tasty meals free of charge to children who are eligible for benefit-related school meals.
We are hoping to offer this programme in the summer holidays.
