Dorset Council’s Local Land Charges Team is made up of 14 experienced Local Land Charges Officers who deliver an effective and efficient statutory local land charges service. The team have a strong work ethic and creates a positive working environment. Each member of the team contributes their fair share of the workload and fully understands what their responsibilities are and where they fit in with the running of the business. Each Officer feels a sense of belonging to the team, are committed to their work and really care about the success of the Local Land Charges business.
What we do for Dorset
The Local Land Charges Team are responsible for the Local Authority Searches within Dorset. This is a requirement that needs to be completed before anyone exchanging contracts on a property can take place.
