The Blandford north route is gritted as follows:
- from Child Okeford junction on A357, Haywards Lane, Station Road, High Street, The Hollow, Lower Common Road to Gold Hill Business Park
- return to Station Road junction to grit along Duck Street to Steepleton Bends, onto A350 to Sunrise Roundabout, then along C13 Higher Shaftesbury Road to Gore Clump (Compton Abbas Airfield junction)
- to Royal Chase Roundabout to grit A350 through Compton Abbas, Iwerne Minster to Steepleton Bends
- over Durweston Bridge and along A357 to Poplar Hill junction, Shillingstone
- to Lydlinch and over Two Fords Bridge
