Request a bin

  • Request a bigger bin

    A household with 5 or more permanent residents is entitled to a larger rubbish bin.
  • Request blue sacks for disposable nappies

    If you have a child under 3 years old who wears disposable nappies you are entitled to blue authorised rubbish sacks.
  • Request a bigger bin for medical reasons

    If you produce more rubbish due to medical reasons you can request extra capacity.
  • Request a battery bag

    If you need a battery bag for your household batteries let us know and we will post one out to you.
  • Request a new set of bins

    If you have just moved into a new house which doesn't appear to have a full set of bins you will need to request a new set.
  • Container charges

    See our terms and conditions in relation to charging for extra bins.
  • Request a replacement bin

    If your bin is damaged or missing you can request a replacement.
  • Replacement bin collection points

    See a list of our bin collection points, including opening times and contact details.
  • Request gull proof sacks 

    Gull proof sacks are provided free of charge. Where a gull proof sack is lost or damaged; only one free of charge replacement will be granted.
