School transport


We provide free school transport for students who meet our eligibility criteria. 

The type of school transport you receive will vary depending on where you live. We can support families by providing a Personal Travel Budget or a bus pass to join one of our school transport routes. Transport could be a school bus, public bus, minibus or taxi.

Schools with a single transport operator

Transport is provided by a single operator for some schools.

Apply to provide school transport for us

Transport operators can apply to register on the Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We use the DPS as the mechanism to procure and award transport contracts.
