Local equality groups

Dorset Forum for Equality and Diversity (Dorset FED)

Do you want to have your say and contribute to the way public services are delivered by your local council, healthcare and emergency services?

Dorset FED promotes equality and diversity in Dorset. It brings together groups that support people who may be disadvantaged because of disability, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion or belief, or because of rural isolation and poverty. Public service providers with a duty to promote equality and diversity - e.g. local councils Dorset Police, Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service and the NHS - also contribute to the forum as associate members. For more information please contact Susan Ward-Rice.
