- copies of your organisation's last year of latest approved or verified accounts (please contact us if this is an issue)
- copy of your organisation's last three months bank statements (showing the name and sort code)
- copy of your organisation's governing document, constitution or set of rules
- copy of your organisation's safeguarding policy (if applicable)
