Need to workout but our schedule doesn't fit with yours? Our virtual classes offer you flexibility to workout at a time that suits you.
Virtual fitness is an excellent way to get started with exercise if you are nervous about attending a live class. You could even book a class with a group of friends or perhaps bring your children along. Children between the ages of 10 and 15 years will be able to participate but must be supervised by an adult.
Choose from 100's of different classes, from spinning, to yoga, PIYO, core strength training and many more - you're sure to find a class to suit you and fit in with your schedule.
Virtual classes are free to our members or just £3 to non members.
If you wish to do a spin class, please let us know at time of booking and we will have your spin bike ready for you.

Make a booking
You can pick from a wide range of classes. Booking in advance is required and is on a first come first served basis. You may still be able to join the class but the type of class may have been selected.
