For me the best part of working for Dorset Council is flexible working, it allows me to have the right balance between work and family life. Being employed by Dorset Council I have been able to realise and follow my passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
I was employed in 2020 and progressed in 2022 into a new role, there are many opportunities for training, development and progression which make Dorset Council a great place to work.
