A voluntary car scheme for hospital visiting and appointments, doctors, dentist, opticians, chiropodists, prescription collection and shopping and social activities.

Who it's for
You must be referred by your GP within the catchment area and meet the scheme’s criteria.
Costs
This is a voluntary service funded by charitable monies, therefore we welcome donations.
