Voluntary car scheme providing transport to hospitals, doctors, dentists, opticians and any other medical appointments. Please provide at least 48 hours notice of any appointments.
Who it's for
Elderly, including mobility impaired with no access to, or unable to use, public transport who are registered with Wareham Health Centre or Sandford Surgery.
Register to use this service. Cannot carry wheelchairs. Our drivers do not receive any training on assisting clients in and out of cars, so all our clients must be able to do this for themselves.
Costs
Suggested voluntary contribution of 45p per mile.
