Our plan for reopening - fitness classes

We are pleased to bring you our outdoor fitness class timetable to cover the period 12 April to 17 May in line with Government guidance. All classes will be at the Nursery field opposite the Wimborne First School in the morning and on the astro or tennis courts at QE in the evening. 

Coronavirus safety measures

We ask that you follow our new safety measures when you visit us. We require all attendees to book before visiting the centre and if you have your own mat or weights, please feel free to bring these with you for peace of mind. All classes are to be 45 minutes in duration to ensure thorough cleaning can be completed.

We are operating a strike policy whereby failure to turn up for 3 classes you have booked will result in your online booking being frozen.

Classes at Wimborne First School

All morning classes scheduled between 8am to 3pm will be located at Wimborne First School:

You can only arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class so that the previous class can have time to leave. This is due to the single lane road to the school for access.

Body Balance 6pm to 6.45pm QE Outside A group exercise class which is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to soothing sound tracks. Improve your flexibility and increase core strength and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and have a sense of well-being and calm which reduces stress levels. £5.55

QE Studio 1

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. £5.55
RPM 6pm to 6.45pm

QE Studio 2

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. £5.55

Back 2 Basics  2.45pm to 3.45pm Wimborne 1st School  The active 4 health class which introduces light activity and stretching to those who have had back injuries or issues. £4.20
Pilates  6pm to 6.45pm QE Studio 1  Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance £5.55
