Coronavirus safety measures

Please see our new safety measures, we ask that you follow this guidance when you visit us. We require all attendees to book before visiting the centre and if you have your own mat or weights, please feel free to bring these with you for peace of mind. All classes are to be 45 minutes in duration to ensure thorough cleaning can be completed.

We are operating a strike policy whereby failure to turn up for 3 classes you have booked will result in your online booking being frozen.
