Christmas exercise class timetable 26 October to 20 December 2020

Exercise classes in the Sports Centre will recommence on the 17 May 2021 following the Government roadmap out of lockdown. Please follow the guidance below when on site and ensure you book your classes in advance.

Keeping safe at your class

To keep safe at your class:

  • book and pay for your class over the phone before you arrive. Gold card members can book online
  • queue outside the centre, keeping 2 metres apart before class
  • arrive in your gym kit - there are no changing facilities available
  • avoid taking coats and bags into class if you can as only limited lockers will be available
  • do not bring your own towels - we will provide blue roll
  • bring your own drinking water bottle
  • wait to be met by your teacher and given instructions when you get to class
  • maintain social distancing
  • clean any equipment before and after use
  • use the one way system and do not stop in the corridors

Friday Classes

There will be no classes on a Friday over the Christmas break. The Sports Centre will be closed on Christmas day and New years day. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
