Coronavirus (COVID-19): updates and advice.

Exercise class timetable 26 October to 20 December 2020

Sports centre closed

The sports centre will be closed from the 5 November 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To keep you safe, our exercises classes will take place in the main sports hall with the exception of Pilates and Yoga. This change has been made to enable social distancing whilst training.

Keeping safe at your class

To keep safe at your class:

  • book and pay for your class over the phone before you arrive. Gold card members can book online
  • queue outside the centre, keeping 2 metres apart before class
  • arrive in your gym kit - there are no changing facilities available
  • avoid taking coats and bags into class if you can as only limited lockers will be available
  • do not bring your own towels - we will provide blue roll
  • bring your own drinking water bottle
  • wait to be met by your teacher and given instructions when you get to class
  • maintain social distancing
  • clean any equipment before and after use
  • use the one way system and do not stop in the corridors
