About our classes

Whatever your fitness style we have a class to suit you. From holistic to high intensity, we have something for everyone. All of our classes are suitable for all abilities, just go at your own pace.

Spinning

Saddle up and experience one of the most enjoyable and effective workouts ever.  The joy of spinning is that you are in complete control at all times using a resistance dial on your individual spin bike.

Yoga, Pilates, PIYO and Swiss Ball

Yoga

Focuses attention inwardly, helping to balance body and mind using asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing). Benefits include better strength and flexibility. Yoga has also been proved to improve stress and anxiety.

Pilates

This mat based class focuses on strengthening back and abs using small controlled conscious movements. Pilates is beneficial to those with back pain. Improves posture and may reduce stress.

PIYO

A combination of Yoga and Pilates, PIYO has been devised to optimise the muscle strengthening and lengthening benefits of these two popular activities, paced at a speed that increases heart rate and delivers fat burning benefits, resulting in an all-round workout that is low impact but delivers results. Sculpting muscles and burning fat.

Swiss Ball 

An all-over toning workout, with a wide range of exercises all on an exercise ball. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

HIIT, Pump and lift, Body conditioning, Core conditioning and Body Blast

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

To maximise your overall fitness and challenge your body, alternate from intense exercises to a lower recovery period. HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, recovery periods. Burning lots of fat in less time.

Pump and Lift

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, pump and lift gives you a total body work out. Your instructor will lead you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Conditioning

A full body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape and tone your muscles with a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training, you're guaranteed a varied workout.

Core Conditioning

An all-in-one workout for your core, high energy. You will get the best of aerobics and toning classes in one.

Body Blast

This is a total body workout and is designed to improve cardio fitness for all levels of fitness.

Chasamba, Dancercise and Dance fit

Chasamba 

A partner-free dance fitness class using popular dances from the world of Ballroom and Latin American! Classes are for any fitness level or ability, so come and join in the fun.

Dancercise

 An aerobic dance workout, have a great time learning new moves to some great songs. No dance experience necessary.

D-Fit

A toning workout using dance moves to get you fit and feeling fabulous.

Aquafit

An effective, fun, cardiovascular and body toning workout in the pool. The water's buoyancy offers support meaning your workout is very low impact making it perfect for those with joint complaints. Find an Aquafit class.
