Session times and size
Most programmes involve a morning and an afternoon session. Each session is 3 hours.
An ideal number of people per team is 8, but we are flexible to suit the needs of the group.

Time | What the session involves |
---|---|
9am | Arrive for tea/coffee and an introduction. |
9.30am to 12.30pm | Take part in 4 to 6 small tasks, reviews and short theory sessions. |
12.30pm to 1.30pm | Break for lunch. |
1.30pm to 3.30pm | Take part in a large afternoon task and review. The group divides into small teams to go sailing, kayaking or rock climbing. |
3.30pm to 4.30pm | Discuss lessons learnt and strategies of the day, relating them back to the workplace. |
