Reason for inquiry

Appeal by Land Value Alliances is against Dorset Council’s non-determination of Outline Planning Application 2/2020/0406/OUT for, develop land by the erection of up to 114 No. dwellings and up to 2,000 square metres of employment space (for Business use (Class B1), with up to 1 No. Retail (Class A1) unit). Form vehicular and pedestrian access, form public open space and carry out associated works. (Outline application to determine access) at Land South of Lower Road, Stalbridge.

An inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an inquiry, opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The inquiry will be held as a virtual event run by an inspector in the normal way, but with the parties invited to join via Microsoft Teams or telephone.  Anyone wishing to attend the inquiry, must make there interest known to the Planning Inspectorate Case Officer as soon as possible, prior to the inquiry, either by email or telephone after reading the inquiry attendance information set out in the full site notice.
