A personal search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register. This can be carried out by anyone, but is usually carried out by a private personal search agent.
We do not accept liability for the interpretation or re-use of personal search information.
How to submit your personal search request
Personal search requests need to be raised by email to locallandcharges@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk
Your email must include an up to date site plan with the property or land clearly outlined in red.
We will let you know when your search is ready to view at our offices.
