Looking after yourself
Good hygiene is the best prevention and there are things you can do to help stop germs like coronavirus spreading including:
- covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
- put used tissues in the bin
- regularly wash your hands with soap and water
- try to avoid contact with people who are unwell

It’s important to know what’s going on, but if you’re finding that the constant stream of news updates and social media is causing you to become worried or stressed, you could limit the amount of time you spend reading or watching things about COVID19.
