Payment for planned visits: if a provider cannot complete all visits booked to due coronavirus related pressures or changes

Supporting the financial stability of providers during this time is a priority for us.

We are considering adjustments to payment processes to ensure that we pay providers and relieve financial pressures. We will update further as soon as we can.

If or when schedules need to be amended, please contact the relevant commissioning team and we can discuss the specific scenarios and agree the next steps.

Funding for additional assessment/planning process prior to picking up another provider's workload

We will ensure that providers are recompensed for any additional activity picked up during this time.

Supporting Providers' financial stability is a priority for us. We will update Providers on support available shortly.  

How we will support local providers if services become financially unviable as a result of coronavirus

On 17 March, government announced measures to mitigate the financial impact of coronavirus. In addition, we are committed to supporting providers during this time.
