Infectious disease outbreaks like the coronavirus can be scary and can affect our mental health. While it is important to stay informed, sometimes the situation can feel overwhelming and we need to make the time to manage our emotions.

There are many different ways to support and manage our wellbeing during such times.  We’ve got some ideas here and hopefully you’ll find something here that’s right for you.

It’s really important that you have safe and effective ways of dealing with your own emotions. Not just for your own health, but also to try and prevent any unhelpful feelings affecting people around us.
