  • a small play area suitable for up to 12 year olds with a limited amount of on street parking nearby

Easton Gardens

  • Easton Square, Portland, DT5 1BX
  • a medium sized play area suitable for up to 12 year olds with very limited on street parking nearby and close to shops

Portland Bill

  • Portland Bill ,Portland, DT5 2JT
  • a set of junior swings only within a large open space

Reap Lane

  • Reap Lane,Portland, DT5 2DS
  • a small play area suitable for up to 8 year olds on large open space with some on street parking

Skate Island

  • Chesil Beach Road, DT5 1AH
  • a new build concrete skate park under construction. Suitable for Children to age 18

Sweethill

  • Sweethill Lane, Portland, DT5 2DS
  • a medium sized play area suitable for up to 16 year olds on open space with on street parking

The Grove

  • Grove Road,Portland, DT5 1DP
  • a very large play area suitable for all age groups and includes a fenced ball court and soccer pitches on the adjoining sports field with car parking

Victoria Gardens

  • a small play area in Victoria Gardens with tennis courts and bowling green, suitable for up to 12 year olds with on street parking nearby

West Weares

  • Fortuneswell, Portland, DT5 1JL
  • a ball court and set within a large open space overlooking Chesil Cove suitable for up to 14 year olds and has a small amount of pay and display and on street parking nearby

Westcliffe

  • Grangecroft Road, Portland, DT5 2HS
  • a small play area suitable for up to 10 year olds with on street parking nearby

Pound Piece

  • a very small play area suitable for up to 10 year olds with a small amount of on street parking

Health and Safety

  • all equipment and safety surfacing products are purchased from members of the Association of Play Industries and are professional play equipment providers

  • all our play areas wherever possible meet BS-EN 1176, the standard for playground equipment and BS-EN 1177, the standard for impact absorbing playground surfacing
  • all our play areas are visually inspected fortnightly for any obvious damage
  • all our play areas are inspected monthly for mechanical defects and any necessary maintenance is carried out on this visit

  • once per year our play areas are independently inspected by an outside agency

  • once per year all our play areas have a risk assessment carried out following RoSPA guidelines
