What is a Personal Education Plan?

Your Personal Education Plan:

  • is a meeting about how you're doing at school
  • happens once a term
  • should last no more than one hour
  • isn't just about school; you can talk about other activities you like to do
  • will last until you're 18

You can invite whoever you want to the meeting.

You'll get a copy of your plan to help you remember what was said.

Use your plan to set goals for yourself
