Resources for younger children
Find ideas of things to do at home if you're 12 or under.

Resources for older children and young people
Here are some resources to help you stay well. You could:
- take a look at Live Well Dorset's page for a straightforward approach. There's also a Five Ways Challenge you can sign up to with more helpful links
- check out a really helpful page from the charity Mind for young people who may be worrying about the coronavirus
- follow Joe Wicks on YouTube for some indoor exercise; there's something for every fitness level and age. Or if you have stairs you could do some stair climbing or simply march on the spot while watching TV
- find some great cooking ideas on a budget from Jack Monroe; use the search box to enter an item from your cupboard, click enter and she gives you several recipes to choose from
- email The Friends of Dorset Care Leavers who have 15 free vouchers for the Breethe App if you're a Dorset Council care leaver and you'd like to give it a try
- get involved with the many free activities provided by The Friends of Dorset Care Leavers. Over the coming weeks there will be virtual quiz nights and weekly challenges, all with prizes!

Stay well during the coronavirus
If you're a care leaver and you'd like to speak to someone about any health worries contact a dedicated nurse from our Looked After Children health team.
Look after your mental health during the coronavirus
Find useful contacts on our advice and support for young people page if you're a young person struggling with your mental health and need someone to talk to.
Domestic abuse during the coronavirus
Having to stay at home is stressful for everyone at the moment, but it's a particularly difficult time if you're experiencing, or feel at risk from domestic abuse.
There's still lots of support and help available, including guidance to promote behaviour changes in perpetrators.
Where to find help for domestic abuse
Call 999 if you or anyone else is in danger.
Speak to your social worker or personal adviser if you'd like support.
Find help for people who have experienced domestic abuse.
