If you have download speeds of less than 2 megabits per second (Mbps), the Better Broadband Voucher Scheme may be able to help.
This Government scheme provides a voucher worth up to £350 to install basic broadband into homes and businesses not set to benefit from superfast broadband in the next 12 months.
Step 1 – check your broadband speed is less than 2Mbps
Step 2 – check you don’t have access to superfast broadband and aren’t set to get it in the next 12 months
Step 3 – contact a supplier. They will claim the voucher on your behalf
We recommend that you first check if a fixed wireless supplier covers your area. Where wireless isn't available, consider 4G or satellite. More about these technologies.
