The Property Strategy and Asset Management Plan sets out our approach to the strategic management of its assets, how it will support delivery, provide us with income and how it will be used to promote growth and support regeneration. The Strategy is intended to define the principles, criteria and process through which decisions will be made regarding the future use of assets.
